[3 STEPS FRACTIONAL FILTRATION] Fractional filtration is adopted on our 8-70 LB commercial grease interceptor to achieve a better oil-water separation effect, whose flow rate is about 4-35 GPM (132.49 LPM). The solid waste and grease will be collected by the mesh basket & filter baffle firstly, and then the oil and filtered water will be discharged from the outlet valve and drainage outlet successively.

[COATED CARBON STEEL] Our 8-70 LB commercial grease trap is made of heavy-duty carbon steel, around 0.07 in (1.8 mm) in thickness, features durability and sturdiness. which is sturdy, durable, rust-proof, anti-corrosion, hard to deform, easy to clean and has a long service life. It is also designed with a removable stainless steel inside filter basket with dense mesh, which can effectively collect the solid waste and grease in the first step.

[RELIABLE SEALING EFFECT] As a piece of rugged equipment for filtering the kitchen waste and separating oil & water, this commercial grease trap spotlights the excellent sealing effect. The lid fits perfectly into the oil separating tank. The water inlet and drain outlet are also firmly welded to the body of the grease interceptor, from the comfort of which the water pipes can be connected tightly. Besides, a sealing ring and PTFE tape are also included in the package.

[EASY TO INSTALL] Grease Traps are delivered fully assembled and couldn't be easier to install. Just connect the pipe run from the sinks and dishwasher to the Grease Trap inlet.
